What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a safe, gentle and effective way to treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.  The approach is holistic and individual: not only are the physical symptoms considered but also the mental and emotional aspects of the person seeking treatment.  The key to homeopathy is obtaining a good understanding of a person as an individual, in order to select the most suitable remedy.  This then works by stimulating and reinforcing the body’s own healing capacity.  As homeopathic remedies are made from minute amounts of plant, animal or mineral extracts that are diluted and sucussed, they are safe for all ages, during pregnancy and, where necessary, can be used alongside conventional medication.
